Tiffany Christner is a Law Clerk at Berger Kahn’s Lake Forest office, where her focus is on Employment.
Tiffany attends Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she has been ranked in the top quarter of her class and also received the highest-grade award for Chapman’s Advance Dispute Resolution for the Juveniles Clinic. At Chapman Law, she serves as President of the Saint Thomas Moore Society, is an active member of the Mock Trial Board and the Tax Law Society, and was a quarterfinalist in the Golden Gavel Moot Court Competition. previously completed her undergraduate degree at Boston College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
Her legal training includes a summer externship with the Santa Ana City Attorney’s Office, where she prepared pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement memoranda in matters ranging from personal injury and public nuisance to breach of contract and zoning disputes. Tiffany also clerked with Skywheel Law APC, where she drafted agreements and motions, researched complex legal issues, and assisted with matters involving family law, estate planning, probate, and business transactions. Earlier, she worked with CJ Ford Private Investigations, focusing on wrongful conviction cases and coordinating a team of interns on case development.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys going to museums, attending ballets, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
