Tucker Y. Phillips is an Associate Attorney at Berger Kahn’s Lake Forest office. Tucker is licensed in California and focuses his practice on Insurance Law and Employment Law.
Prior to joining Berger Kahn, Tucker worked at Hylton and Associates in Irvine, CA, where he represented school districts across southern California in a wide variety of litigation matter. In Summer 2024, Tucker served as second chair in a two-week jury trial, in which he played a pivotal role from jury selection to verdict.
Tucker graduated from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law in May 2020 and subsequently passed the October 2020 bar exam. He was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution at throughout his time at Chapman and placed in several state, regional, and national competitions. He graduated with an emphasis in Negotiation and is committed to exploring unique, creative solutions to the situations faced by his clients.
Tucker is active as freelance contemporary musician and was the Principal Cellist in the Hillsdale College Symphony during his time as an undergraduate at Hillsdale College. He also enjoys downhill skiing and attending Orange County sporting events.
