Robert Chan is an associate in Berger Kahn’s Lake Forest office. He primarily focuses on insurance coverage and labor & employment.

Robert attended Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law in Orange, California, and graduated Cum Laude in May 2023. Robert graduated in the top 15% of his class. Robert received CALI awards for the highest class grades in International Business Transaction and Legal Analysis Workshop.

Prior to attending Chapman University, Robert graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry in 2020.

Robert’s experience includes serving as a law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and Andrews & Thornton.

During Robert’s free time, he enjoys producing electronic music, maintaining his physical health through weightlifting, and trading stock options.
