Miles Dawson is a senior associate in the Berger Kahn Lake Forest office. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage.
Miles advises insurance companies concerning claims-related rights and obligations. Miles also litigates reimbursement claims on behalf of insurers.
Miles graduated in the top 15% of his class from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2020 with an emphasis in Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate Law. Miles served as treasurer of Chapman’s Environmental Law Society and as an academic fellow for Contracts.
