Kristina Kim

Kristina Kim is a Paralegal at Berger Kahn’s Lake Forest office, where her primary focus is on labor & employment law.  With a keen analytical mindset and a passion for advocacy, Kristina has experience drafting legal documents, conducting research through Lexis and Westlaw, and engaging in strategic litigation support.

Kristina earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, where she also obtained a Certificate in Design Innovation. She furthered her education by earning a Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Irvine, where she studied contracts, civil litigation, and criminal law while refining her legal writing and research skills.

Beyond her legal work, Kristina has contributed to nonprofit advocacy as a freelance writer for Liberty in North Korea, transforming the stories of North Korean refugees into compelling narratives for fundraising and awareness campaigns.
