Aaron M. Davis is Of Counsel with Berger Kahn. He has over 25 years of litigation experience, including extensive experience in Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation. Aaron’s experience includes intensive research and writing regarding issues of first impression as to various 1st and 3rd party insurance matters, and defending carriers against claims for Breach of the Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing. Aaron’s practice also includes many years representing carriers in subrogation claims. Aaron has prepared and supported numerous trials, including second-chairing a 2010 defense verdict in Alameda County Superior Court.
Aaron’s passion is writing. He has drafted and won innumerable motions in all phases of litigation in the Superior Courts and U.S. District Courts of California. He has also drafted and argued appeals before the California Courts of Appeal.
When he is not working, Aaron hikes in the forests of Northern California with his family, and shares less rigorous walks with his two bulldogs. He maintains his ability to address unexpected developments by performing twice a month with a local improv group.
