Robin Reikes is an Associate (Pending Bar Admission) at Berger Kahn, where she focuses her practice on labor and employment law.
Robin earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law in 2025, where she was a staff member of the Pepperdine Law Review, competed on the Interschool Moot Court Team, and received the CALI Award for Highest Grade in Legal Research & Writing. During law school, she also participated in the Pepperdine London Program and was an active member of the Women’s Legal Association.
Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with High Honors and a minor in Professional Writing from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she was Vice President of Ritual & Alumni Relations for Alpha Chi Omega and participated in the UC Washington Program (UCDC).
Robin’s legal experience includes externing for the Honorable Margo A. Rocconi of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, where she drafted bench memoranda and orders and observed trials, hearings, and settlement conferences. She also supported the managing partner at Seltzer Legal Group as a Legal Administrative Assistant, overseeing billing and administrative operations. Additionally, she gained policy and pro bono experience through internships with the Pro Bono Institute and Brady: United Against Gun Violence, conducting research and drafting memoranda on social justice and firearm legislation.
