Ilie Ooki is a Case Manager at Berger Kahn’s Lake Forest office, where her primary focus is on labor and employment law.

Ilie graduated from the University of California, Irvine with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Urban Studies and Psychological Sciences. With a strong background in mentorship, outreach, and student support, Ilie has served as a Campus Representative for UCI Undergraduate Admissions and held a leadership position in the AntLeader Mentorship Program.

Before joining Berger Kahn, Ilie served as a Co-Director at Camp Kesem, a nonprofit organization that supports children whose parents are affected by cancer. In this role, she designed and executed on-campus volunteer recruitment plans, organized the annual summer camp, and interviewed potential counselors and board members. Additionally, Ilie worked as a Teen Mentor for the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaiʻi.

In her free time, Ilie enjoys studying Japanese, writing short stories and spending time with her cat!
