Fewer than five percent of attorneys receive the Super Lawyers recognition, and once again, Berger Kahn shareholders and partners have been selected to the Southern California Super Lawyers list, a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Highlights of the 2023 recognition include:
- Managing Partner Craig Simon and Shareholder David Ezra were selected to Super Lawyers “Top 50 Orange County” list for their thirteenth consecutive year.
- Shareholder Sherman Spitz celebrates his eleventh consecutive year on the list, and Shareholder Stephan Cohn celebrates his tenth year on the list of Southern California Super Lawyers
- Partner Erin Mindoro Ezra celebrates her first year selected to the list of Southern California Super Lawyers after nine years on the rising stars lists, including Up-and-Coming 100: Southern California Rising Stars, Up-and-Coming 50: Women Southern California Rising Stars, and Up-and-Coming 25: Orange County Rising Stars.
