On March 23, Shareholder Stephan Cohn spoke at a meeting of a major carrier’s Special Investigations Unit Department for Southern California including information on taking effective recorded statements, contractual limitation periods and policy defenses. With approximately 25 claim representatives and claim managers in attendance, Stephan presented for approximately 1.5 hours.
