Says ALM, “Wildfires Extinguished: Lawyers announced a $2.2 billion settlement on Monday with Southern California Edison to resolve insurance claims associated with the deadly 2018 Woolsey Fire in Los Angeles. Edison also said it reached settlements with 1,000 individuals over a 2017 wildfire and subsequent mudslides.
