We are pleased to announce that Zachary Rutman has joined Berger Kahn as an associate in our Irvine office. Zachary has handled an array of business-related litigation matters, including employment disputes, unlawful detainers, wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract and personal injury.

Before joining Berger Kahn, Zachary served as a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, where he handled hundreds of trials. Zachary was also a clerk for the Civil Litigation and Advisory Division of the Office of the City Attorney of San Diego, where he drafted motions and worked closely with deputy city attorneys in preparing cases for trial.
