After a 100% bar pass rate for Berger Kahn this year, three of our associates participated in a virtual swearing-in ceremony on January 22, 2021. The Honorable Chris Battersby, former Berger Kahn attorney, presided.

Friends, family, and members of the Berger Kahn team were in attendance.

The ceremony kicked off with moving video tributes for each of the three associates, presenting photos ranging from childhood to law school and congratulatory videos from loved ones.
Video narrations applauded each attorney for their great accomplishments and each of their unique and significant impacts on both Berger Kahn and their own communities.

After the heartwarming presentations, Hon. Chris Battersby directed Jay, Walker and Michael to take their oaths and formally admitted them to the California bar.

Berger Kahn is incredibly proud of our associates and is looking forward to witnessing their long and fulfilling careers as attorneys ahead.
