Berger Kahn opened its doors in Orange County 30 years ago, in 1984, with shareholders Craig Simon and Sherman Spitz moving from the firm’s L.A. office at the request of a major client. The O.C. office has expanded and contracted over the years to service the varying needs of its clients, but the one thing that has remained constant is the commitment to exceptional legal work.
