Nicole E. Aviles

Nicole E. Aviles is a paralegal at Berger Kahn’s Ventura office, where her primary focus is in labor and employment law.

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology and Criminal Justice from California State University, Northridge. She furthered her education by receiving her Master of Public Policy and Administration from California Lutheran University.

Nicole is a seasoned litigation paralegal with experience spanning across the areas of employment law, civil rights, business disputes, corporate governance, consumer protection, education, and class action wage and hour matters.  Her combined experience brings a well-rounded approach to all aspects of case management from inception through trial.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with family, beachcombing, and true crime.
