Berger Kahn is proud to announce the promotion of Tucker Y. Phillips to Senior Associate.

Based in the firm’s Lake Forest office, Tucker focuses his practice on insurance coverage and employment law and is licensed to practice in California. Since joining Berger Kahn, he has demonstrated strong advocacy skills, sound judgment, and a client-focused approach to resolving complex legal matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Tucker represented school districts throughout Southern California in a wide range of litigation matters. Notably, he served as second chair in a two-week jury trial in 2024, playing a key role from jury selection through verdict.

Tucker earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he emphasized negotiation and alternative dispute resolution and competed at the state, regional, and national levels. He is known for his thoughtful, creative approach to problem-solving and his commitment to delivering practical solutions for clients.
