Rachael K. Council

Rachael K. Council is a Paralegal at Berger Kahn’s Ventura office, where her primary focus is labor and employment law.

Rachael earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, where she made the Dean’s list and graduated Cum Laude. She is currently pursuing her law degree and is a Juris Doctor candidate at the Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law, in Ventura.

Before joining Berger Kahn, Rachael was a Client Services Coordinator at Hermance Law. Rachael also interned at the Ventura County’s Public Defender’s Office, where she drafted expungement motions, conducted legal research, and assisted attorneys with jury selection and preliminary hearings.

In her free time, Rachael enjoys trying new coffee shops and playing soccer.
