Berger Kahn Managing Partner Craig Simon was featured in the Los Angeles Daily Journal in an article discussing mass tort and inverse condemnation suits following the 200-acre Coastal Fire in Laguna Niguel and Aliso Woods Canyon on May 11-17.

The Daily Journal quoted Craig as saying, “I placed Edison on notice on behalf of my clients, and I expect there to be litigation on the Coastal Fire against Edison.”
