Berger Kahn is pleased to announce that attorney Mallory O. Yumol is joining our firm. Mallory is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she received her J.D. in May of 2017. Mallory served as Managing Editor and Staff Member for UCLA Law Review from 2015-2017.

Prior to joining Berger Kahn, Mallory served as a UC Presidential Public Service Law Fellow in the Writs and Appeals Unit at the Orange County Public Defender’s Office in Santa Ana. From 2018 to 2020, Mallory worked as an attorney at the Law Office of Amy Einstein at Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers in Lancaster, California where she gained extensive trial experience.
