TikTok creators filming pranks may fail to consider the possibility of serious injuries occurring during their pranks or the possibility of others recreating their videos containing their hazardous acts. Insurance may, or may not, be available to provide coverage, depending on the policy’s language, the type of conduct, and the damages that the policy covers and excludes.
