Amanda Hamilton is a Law Clerk at Berger Kahn’s Lake Forest office, where she focuses on Employment.
Prior to pursuing her law degree, Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude, with a minor in Art History from the University of California, Los Angeles. Amanda is a J.D. Candidate at the University of California, Irvine School of Law. During law school, she has served as a Research Fellow for Professor McMahon and is actively involved in the Women’s Law Society, the Public Interest Law Fund, and First-Generation Professionals.
While in law school, Amanda gained valuable litigation experience as a law clerk at Lanzone Morgan LLP, where she drafted complaints, discovery responses, and appellate briefs in matters involving elder abuse, negligence, wrongful death, and violations of residents’ rights. She also volunteered with Innocence OC, where she assisted in post-conviction advocacy by researching and drafting supplemental briefs and working closely with attorneys and investigators to support claims of wrongful conviction.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys cooking, painting, and spending time with her loved ones and her dogs.
