Tim has over 20 years’ experience advising insurance companies and corporate policyholders on policy coverage, bad faith litigation, and subrogation actions.  His insurance experience includes most product lines: general liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, property damage, business interruption, construction defects, and other first and third-party lines. He has represented many well-known insurers, and has worked in-house at global insurance companies in multiple roles, including advising on policy coverage, managing claims teams, and overseeing bad faith litigation.

Tim, whose spoken and written presentations to insurance executives and their counsel address new and complex issues of concern, is well known and highly regarded in the insurance law communities in both California and Australia.
