Blair Swadley serves as Of Counsel to Berger Kahn’s Wildfire Litigation team.

Blair graduated with distinction from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2014 as a member of the Traynor Honor Society. She is admitted to practice in California and in the United States District Court of California in the Northern and Eastern Districts. Blair graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2008.

Blair has experience litigating in the areas of Serious Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Insurance Defense, and Labor and Employment.

Prior to practicing law, Blair worked as an insurance adjuster handling property and bodily injury claims, both litigated and non-litigated, for a major insurance company.
