Sherman Spitz celebrates his 40th year anniversary with Berger Kahn this year. Sherman has been with the firm since January 1982 when it was named Berger Kahn Shafton & Moss and was located in Brentwood. In the Summer of 1984, Sherman and Managing Partner, Craig Simon, founded Berger Kahn’s Orange County Office which at one point grew to well over 60 attorneys.    

Although Sherman has a rather impressive record of litigation success (trial results and out of court resolutions) and has earned numerous professional distinctions, he is most proud of his four decades affiliation with Berger Kahn and his contribution to its excellent reputation for zealously and ethically protecting and advancing its clients’ legal interests. Sherman takes particular pride in the many fine lawyers he has mentored over the years, some of whom still remain at Berger Kahn.
