Steven A. Ehrlich

Steven Ehrlich, Of Counsel to Berger Kahn, has dedicated over forty-three years of successful litigation experience to his clients. Mr. Ehrlich handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including employment, insurance, and business disputes.

Mr. Ehrlich’s clients reap the benefit of his extensive experience and personal investment in understanding their goals when he takes on their case. He is accomplished in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution and has proven to be fully equipped for battle in those cases where trial becomes inevitable. Mr. Ehrlich has tried numerous cases to verdict, ranging in type from criminal murder cases to “bet the company” civil cases. He is known as someone who does not like surprises, and he prepares each case accordingly.

Prior to joining Berger Kahn, Mr. Ehrlich was in private practice in both Orange and Los Angeles counties. Having gone through trial some 50 or more times, Mr. Ehrlich has represented major Fortune 500 companies, well-established local corporations, family-owned businesses, small firms, and individuals of diverse wealth. Mr. Ehrlich’s extensive trial experience includes numerous successful jury and court trials in the civil arena.

Mr. Ehrlich is licensed in all State and Federal Courts throughout California. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University Northridge and a JD from Whittier College, Beverly School of Law.

Mr. Ehrlich lives with his wife in Orange County where he regularly works out, reads extensively, and travels. Other interests include fishing, golf, and adventure-oriented outdoor activities.
