Shannon Turkett

Shannon is a certified paralegal who handles many aspects of claim file production in wildfire litigation and is responsible for data updates to the defense, to clients, and in mediation. She participates in data acquisition, analytics, and oversees some of the business administration duties for the firm. Shannon has unique and special skills in the application of Google Earth to wildfire cases, especially with regard to mapping. She also assists in deposition preparation and in the organization, display and sharing of exhibits during the questioning of witnesses.

Shannon holds a master’s degree and was a math teacher for years prior to discovering her love for the law and joining Berger Kahn. She brings her knowledge and expertise to the service of Berger Kahn’s attorneys, staff and clients in her ability to diligently do both the qualitative and quantitative work necessary in a thriving insurance law and subrogation practice. She approaches her job with responsibility, compassion and dedication.
