Jocelyn Metsch

Jocelyn Metsch is an associate on Berger Kahn’s wildfire litigation team. Jocelyn works on all aspects of litigation against utilities for igniting fires, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Jocelyn attended the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated in May 2021. At the University of San Diego, Jocelyn received the Dean’s Honor Scholarship and was also a member of the Women’s Law Caucus.

For her undergraduate, Jocelyn attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, and graduated in 2013 with a B.A. in Psychology. She received the Dean’s Honors and Honors in the Major. Jocelyn was also a member of the Santa Cruz Hillel and served as a tutor for Hebrew.

Prior to working at Berger Kahn, Jocelyn was an associate at a local OC litigation firm, and she worked in the areas of  Business Litigation, Insurance Coverage, Product Liability, and Serious Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.

In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys gardening, hiking with her dog and husband, and trying out new recipes.
