Corbin L. Smith

Corbin Smith is a law clerk in Berger Kahn’s South Orange County office. He primarily focuses on insurance coverage and labor & employment.

Corbin currently attends Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law in Orange, California and is expected to graduate in May 2023. As a merit scholar, Corbin is in the top 7% of his class. Corbin has received numerous CALI awards for the highest grades in Contracts I and II, Evidence, Practice Foundations Transactions, Wills and Trust, Constitutional Law, and Criminal Procedure: Police Practices.

Prior to attending Chapman University, Corbin graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2019.

Corbin’s experience includes serving as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and Lanzone Morgan, LLP.

In his free time, Corbin enjoys maintaining his physical health through weightlifting and rock climbing.
