On April 20, 2023, Berger Kahn was named as Law Firm of the Year at the Mock Trial Annual Awards Reception, hosted by the Constitutional Rights Foundation Orange County (CRF-OC).

Berger Kahn has actively volunteered with CRF-OC since 2014, attending benefits and participating as attorney scorers for numerous Mock Trial Tournaments. Notably, over 30% of our attorneys volunteered to judge the competitions.

Shareholder David Ezra, Partner Erin Ezra, Senior Associate Jamie Rice, Associates Tyler Angelini, James Harvey, and Walker Macon, and Paralegal Hannah Hong attended the reception to accept this award on behalf of Berger Kahn.
