Attorney Kent Clayton, of Berger Kahn ALC, acted as seller’s legal counsel in the sale of client Systech Integrators, Inc. to an international corporate buyer for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of Systech Integrators expands capabilities for the buyer in the areas of SAP consulting and cloud computing. The sale was completed on Feb. 7, 2013.

Systech Integrators is expected to enhance the capabilities of the buyer through its existing network in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

The acquisition is particularly notable for having taken only three weeks time, even though it is typically a process that takes 6-8 weeks.

“Both buyer and seller were adamant about announcing the transaction at a national trade show in early February,” Clayton explained, “It was essential to complete the acquisition, conduct due diligence in four countries, and coordinate the document negotiation, retrieval and execution in different locales around the globe in a timely manner.”
