David Ezra concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters and appeals. He has more than 20 years of experience successfully representing clients involved in insurance coverage disputes, class action litigation, employment disputes and business litigation.

David has been selected three times as a Southern California Super Lawyer in the area of insurance coverage and as one of the Top 50 Super Lawyers in Orange County for 2010. Also in 2010, OC Metro magazine named David one of Orange County's Top 5 Attorneys in the areas of insurance and employment law. He is featured on the cover of the August 2010 issue of OC METRO magazine.

David's significant appellate experience has resulted in many published decisions in his clients' favor, including: Lomes v. Hartford Financial Services Group, 88 Cal.App.4th 127 (2001); Continental Casualty Co. v. Superior Court (Paragon), 92 Cal.App.4th 430 (2001); Padilla Construction Co., Inc. v. Transportation Ins. Co.,150 Cal.App.4th 984 (2007); and Molski v. Evergreen Dynasty Corp., 500 F.3d 1047 (9th Cir. 2007).

David writes and speaks extensively on legal topics. Many of his publications address legal aspects of health-related issues. Some of David's publications include:

David received his J.D. in 1990 from the University of Southern California School of Law, where he was an editor of the Southern California Law Review and graduated Order of the Coif.

David earned his B.A. degree, with honors, in 1987 from California State University, Fullerton. He received mediation training and certification through UC Irvine's Conflict Management and The Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution program. David also serves as a mediator, having co-founded IDR Mediation Services.
