A civil litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience, Alan H. Boon is adept at handling general liability and commercial litigation. He has experience in a variety civil litigation defense matters including products liability, professional malpractice, construction defects, employment discrimination and wrongful termination, as well as unfair business practices.

Alan is a member of the State Bar of California and all United States Federal District Courts of California. He has considerable experience in handling cases through all phases of the litigation process, including appeals.

Graduating with distinction from the University of California, Berkeley (BA, 1976), Alan went on to graduate cum laude from Loyola Law School (JD, 1983) where he was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.
